For more than 25 years, the Munich Commercial Mediation Training has been among the most respected programmes of its kind in continental Europe. It has trained senior lawyers from leading international law firms, in-house counsel, executives, and decision-makers across industries in the art and science of mediation. The programme aims at enabling participants to conduct complex business mediations professionally: as mediator, as counsel or as party representative.
